Situations Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used (Food Products)

According to legal regulations, there is no right of withdrawal for goods that are defined as foodstuffs, even if they have not been used, are not suitable for return due to their nature, are in danger of spoiling quickly or have a possibility of expiry. (Products damaged during cargo transportation are excluded from this condition.)

Situations Where the Right of Return and Withdrawal Applies

  • In case the goods/product, its packaging and contents are damaged during cargo.
  • If the product has passed its expiration date.

In such defective cases, your right of withdrawal is valid from the moment the product is delivered to you. You can use it within 7 (seven) days .

Shipping and Return Procedure

Return of Defective Product (Damage, Breakage): You must inspect the product in the presence of the courier and have a report prepared, and you must not accept the product. In this case, the shipping costs will be covered by our company.

Other Return Situations: For other return requests that are within the scope of the legal right of withdrawal and are not defective, the shipping fee belongs to the BUYER.

Creating a Refund Request (Required Step)

  • Product information you want to return,
  • If the product is broken / damaged, please include the product image.

Product Preparation and Refund

Products must be returned with their original box/packaging and invoice. Fragile items should be wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped. Promotional or promotional items given as gifts must also be returned in their original packaging.

Refund Period: If the products you return comply with the return conditions, your refund will be processed after we receive the product. It is delivered to your account within 10 business days .
